Mollie Bowman sits on the leadership team as Chief of Staff and Director of Special Projects at the Partnership for American Democracy (PFAD), a social venture committed to the advancement of democratic institutions and ideals. Prior to PFAD, Ms. Bowman led change and communication strategy as a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant at Deloitte, and previously worked on political campaigns and in news media. Ms. Bowman is a strategic advisor to several Washington-area nonprofits, and currently serves as President of Jewish Women International's Young Women's Impact Network. Originally from Marietta, Georgia, she has lived in Washington, D.C. since graduating from GW in 2016 with her B.A. in political communication and in 2017 with an M.A. in media and strategic communication.
