Roslyn M. Brock is the chief global equity officer of Abt Associates. Prior to joining Abt, she was CEO for Equity Partnership Strategies, LLC and is the former Chief Advocacy Officer for Bon Secours Mercy Health System, Inc., in Cincinnati, Ohio. She also worked in Health Programs at the W. K. Kellogg Foundation in Battle Creek, Michigan, for 10 years. Ms. Brock is also Chairman Emeritus of the National Board of Directors for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). She has been affiliated with the NAACP for more than 35 years, and in 2010 she made history when she was unanimously elected chairman, becoming the youngest person and fourth woman to hold the position. Ms. Brock is Vice Chairman of the Women’s Caucus for COMCAST/NBC Universal’s Diversity Advisory Council, Trustee for the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility and International Chairman for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and served on The George Washington University’s School of Public Health and Health Services Dean’s Council, in addition to many other community boards and professional organizations.

She graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Union University; earned a master's degree in health services administration from George Washington University, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Theology at Virginia Union University. She holds honorary doctorate degrees from Virginia Union University, University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, Smith College and Livingstone College.
